Right now, we are hiring dynamic and responsible individuals to help us with our Grand Reopening! If you think you have what it takes, read on!Position starts March 11th What you will do You'll interact with our Guests constantly. You'll be a model of excellence and motivate others to follow your example. You'll act as the Manager on Duty, leading 20 to 50 team members per shift. You'll monitor staffing levels in order to balance and optimize guest satisfaction and company resources. You'll monitor activity on the attraction and immediately stopping any unsafe behavior. You'll give appropriate and timely coaching to team members when needed. You'll maintain the safety of all participants, guests, and other personnel. You'll implement emergency action procedures in the event of an emergency. You'll work to ensure that the entire park is clean, orderly, and efficient. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Must have an energetic and enthusiastic personality. Must be able to make difficult decisions while under pressure amid distractions and interruptions. Must be able to maintain good guest relations while addressing difficult situations and upset guests. Must have a well-groomed and neat appearance. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays. Must enjoy working in a team atmosphere. Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to problem-solve and come up with solutions. Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly.
