<p><strong>The Position</strong><br />The Alliance Management Coordinator is the primary point of contact for our<br />Pharma partners in addition to the BD Manager of the respective account.<br />She/he will interact with Molecular Pharma Partnering, internal Roche<br />Molecular teams and Pharma partners to initiate agreements, manage or<br />support the overall relationships, establish a governance structure, and<br />organize meetings and events to meet joint goals and ensure optimal<br />strategic partnerships. She/He manages expansion of our relations from a<br />Molecular-focus to a focus across DIA, including RTD and CPS. She/He will<br />serve as a first point of contact related to any contract, project or relationship<br />specific questions. She/he supports the BD manager for the specific account<br />and facilitates the interaction with all internal functions during the contracting<br />phase.<br />. Work closely with BD and Alliance Lead to initiate, draft, and execute<br />project contracts/PIFs following approved processes.<br />. Work closely with internal team members and functional leaders to<br />ensure ongoing alignment, prepare for key engagements, and manage<br />escalation<br />. Proactively identifies and resolves conflicts as needed or raises<br />conflicts and disputes to appropriate individual(s) for timely resolution<br />while maintaining collaborative working relationships.<br />. Ensure internal alignment prior to joint decisions.<br />. Ensure that strategies and decisions adopted by the governance<br />committees are implemented and that plans/actions are consistent with<br />contractual agreements.<br />. Help to maximize the value of the partnership for both organizations<br />including routine assessment of partnership health.<br />. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and simplify<br />decision-making to support contract execution.<br />. Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First<br />Time.<br />. May serve as an alliance single point of contact for assigned Pharma<br />Partners, working closely with internal team members, leadership, and<br />alliance counterparts to manage and advance joint goals and<br />deliverables, contract issues, and overall health and success of the<br />collaboration<br /><br /><strong>Education</strong><br />. Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences, business or related degree required<br />. Master of Business Administration preferred<br /><strong>Experience</strong><br />. 5 years combined experience in execution of life-science related<br />projects, with at least one year interacting directly with Pharma<br />customers.<br /><br /><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong><br />. Excellent team skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills.<br />. Strong communication and analytical skills, with strong technical<br />acumen and proven sales skills.<br />. Must be efficient with primary computer programs.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Open to remote, must be living in the United States</p><p><strong>Pay: </strong>$22.93 - $40.00/hour</p><p>- Health, Dental, Vision, 401k</p>
