Job description BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, ethical and passionate Registered Behavior Technician to work with our clients in their homes. This position is responsible for providing a daily program of behaviors and skills that promote positive behavioral health for clients ages 2 and up. We are looking for an individual who can effectively communicate with clients and caretakers to ensure behavior plans are being implemented as intended and to create fun, enjoyable sessions. Our Mission: BeeKind ABA Therapy is more than an in-home ABA provider. Our mission is to provide high quality, ethical and honest services to families South of Atlanta. We do this by encouraging parent participation, hosting monthly family meetings and educating families on ethical ABA practices. Current Openings : M-F 12 pm - 4 pm Individuals interested in an immediate interview should reach out to BeeKind ABA Therapy at 770-862-XXXX and speak to BCBA, Emma Barnes. Responsibilities: Implementation of client behavior plans. Data collection. Provide one-on-one therapy. Collaboration with the BCBA on shared cases. Provide direct client care in-home, daycare, the community and school. Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols. Be part of a team dynamic and collaborate on shared outcomes. Communicating with clients, parents, other professionals, and caregivers regarding client progress. Implement BeeKind culture by being generous, kind and concerned for others. Follow guidelines set by the BACB. Complete Session Notes. BeeKind RBT Benefits & Work Environment Consistent hours and ability to pick up additional hours. Full hourly rate reimbursement for cancelations within 2 hours of a pending session.
