Stable working hours: Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.40 hours of work guaranteed Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, optional life and AD&D, paid holidays, 401k plans PTO, and more! Weekly gas stipend: Up to $150 Role Details: We work with scattered sites throughout different areas on Chicago, you will be assigned to different work orders. You will be fixing residential maintenance issues related to carpentry, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, electrical, mechanical. You will communicate with the staff at the office through your phone. You don't have to clock in or clock out at an office. Once you complete the work orders assigned to you, you'll drive back home. Document your triumphs and methods via apps, promptly. Take pictures, close work orders through an app. What we need from you: Proven experience in any of these trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC . You have own vehicle, own tools and a valid driver's license.
