Position: In-Home Sales Representative - Expert Closer Location: Tampa / Sarasota Areas Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: In-Home Consultations: Conduct professional and persuasive in-home consultations with potentialcustomers to assess their needs and present our products/services.Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our products/services, their features,and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by understandingtheir requirements, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.Closing Deals: Utilize strong closing skills to convert leads into satisfied customers. Overcome objectionsand effectively negotiate to secure sales.Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value of our offerings anddifferentiate us from the competition.Follow-Up: Implement a proactive follow-up strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and identifyopportunities for additional sales or referrals.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels ofcustomer satisfaction.Qualifications: Proven track record of success in in-home sales with a focus on closing deals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed. Knowledge of industry products/services is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
