The Painted Cabernet is a hip “Paint and Sip Studio” located in downtown Santa Barbara. Currently searching to fill our need for local artists, self-taught artist, recent art student graduates to join our team. The ideal candidate must have an art background in Acrylic paint and capable in leading a group of 10 to 45 people in recreating the chosen painting for the night within 2 to hours. This is a social, fun and interactive studio... fun upbeat music is played and participants can purchase beverages including wine and beer. This is a cool environment where creativity is encouraged. We are not in the business to "lecture", but to provide an interactive social setting to our customers.We are hiring an Artist to work 2 days a week, plus additional shifts for private events, as needed. Must be available to work on these weekly days:Wednesday: 5:00pm - 9pmSunday: 12:00pm - 4:00pmWe are looking for someone who is outgoing, energetic, fun, have a sense of humor, patient and willing to follow our mission, we welcome you to contact us. Please inquire only if you agree to the following:1. Recreate art from our repertoire of paintings (cannot change style)2. Be available for private parties at outside locations including corporate team building events.3. Be reliable, on time, zero excuses -- come to teach with a positive attitude.4. Work as a team member!5.
