About the Role: This is a full-time field position for Mid career sales professional with advancement opportunities 75% of leads come from current customer base Quarterly team retreats PLUS Award trips, Team outings commissions & Incentives up to $140K & More Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, PTO, Short term disability, Holidays, 401K after 30 days. Dispatched from home, company vehicle, weekly pay and MORE.Responsibilities:Oversee Field personnel & field operations for various projectsManage financial aspects of agreements, scheduling and timelines in the fieldCoordinate tasks and operations with dispatcherCommunicate with customers building loyalty, other field, office managers and sales team (for potential opportunities) during project Problem solving and responding quickly as needed to customers Provide reports & manage equipment, materials and tool usageBuild into customer relationships for repeat businessRequirements:10 years of customer service in Commercial HVAC Tech / field experienceLeadership experience- building and maintaining team moraleStaff development & training including developing safety training plans with Service ManagerSafety conscious and able to follow & implement safety protocols Knowledge of chillers, boilers, vibration and oil analysisUnderstanding of healthcare, data center, assisted living, commercial office, industrial and power generationClean Driving recordUniversal EPA Certificate required, HVAC Diploma (preferred) Able to lift and move up to 75 lbsCorrectable vision to 20/20 & hearing correctable to normal rangePowered by JazzHR
