This position is primarily responsible is performing clerical functions in the Distribution Center. This position can be called upon to assist the Order Fulfillment team in picking, packing, shipping and restocking to meet the daily order demand. Main aspects of the role include: Data entry using OFD, 3rd Party software systems and Microsoft products. Primary functional support for running the open order report, returns, confirming orders, routing ASN’s, printing various labels like EDI from SPS and other sources, tracking shipments i.e. UPS, FedEx, LTL full truck loads. Performs a variety of general clerical duties i.e. filing, sorting, auditing, documenting and building visual aids / DC Presentations. Performs a variety of general warehouse activities necessary for transporting, storing, receiving, shipping, preparation, processing and packaging of products (food and non-food), equipment and materials. Able to provide positive, effective customer service. Good verbal and written communication skills. Assists in investigating, allocation and shipment discrepancies using ERP system. You! The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent education with proficiency in data entry and computer systems. The individual should have experience with ERP systems, EDI or SPS Commerce order processing systems. In addition, this individual should have experience individual should have strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office programs.
