Duties:Assist senior attorneys with legal research, case preparation, and litigation tasks.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related issues.Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.Assist with case management, including organizing files, maintaining calendars, and tracking deadlines.Participate in client meetings and case strategy sessions.Provide support on various legal matters as assigned by supervising attorneys. Requirements:2-4 years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on general litigation.Experience practicing in state and federal courts.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills:Legal research and analysis.Drafting legal documents and correspondence.Courtroom experience and litigation skills.Case management and organization.Client communication and relationship management.Problem-solving and critical thinking.Time management and prioritization.
