Market Expansion : Your focus will be on cold calling , prospecting, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll contribute to expanding our market share. Territory Management : Effectively manage your designated territory, driving sales growth and creating demand for our building materials. We believe the successful candidate will have: BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred Entrepreneurial Mindset, Curiosity, Self-awareness, Leadership traits with growth mindset Effective interpersonal skills Adept problem solver Desire to learn and improve skill set. Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Success Measures: Ninety (90) days: Have met with your top twenty dealers and contractors. Completed Product Training on all three product lines. Been trained on giving AIA presentations and Action Selling. Six (6) Months: 10 Contractor Conversations 10 AIA Presentations One (1) year: Exceed Sales Incentive Plan goal for sales and product line growth. Achieve pre-set revenue guidelines for conversation opportunities. Procure potential conversation opportunities in your pipeline exceeding 150% of your above goal. The AZEK Company Inc. The annual salary for this role is $73,000 to $89,000.
