Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Success Measures: Ninety (90) days: Have met with your top twenty dealers and contractors. Completed Product Training on all three product lines. Been trained on giving AIA presentations and Action Selling. Six (6) Months: 10 Contractor Conversations 10 AIA Presentations One (1) year: Exceed Sales Incentive Plan goal for sales and product line growth. Achieve pre-set revenue guidelines for conversation opportunities. Procure potential conversation opportunities in your pipeline exceeding 150% of your above goal. The AZEK Company Inc.
