QUALIFICATIONS: At least 3-5 years of experience in litigation, investigations, and/or employment law. Corporate law experience supporting a variety of functions and prior law firm experience preferred. General experience with employment and non-compete agreements. Prefer an individual who has worked both in a law firm setting and an organization with an international operational presence. Some travel up to 10% may be required. Excellent communication and drafting skills, including sensitivity and tact for difficult or challenging conversations. Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills; sensitive to cultural differences within a global organization and resulting impact on work environment and legal compliance. The successful candidate will be collaborative, analytical, flexible and proactive. JD and licensed to practice in Missouri (or willing to apply for admission from another state).
