We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Invest effort in acquiring leads, following up on leads, and getting the job done the right way• Attend meetings 3 times a week with Sheri and the buyers agent team Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry• Show a track record of real estate success• Record of success in reaching quotas in a sales position• Self-motivated, driven, and energetic• High professional, ethical, and personal standards • Excellent communication and time management skills Compensation: $200,000+ yearly commission based About Company: At The Bienstock Group we passionately, comprehensively, and expertly represent homeowners in selling and buying high-end residential single-family homes and small multifamily properties.
