With the help of this individual running the office support side of the business, the Agents in the office are able to focus on helping clients with their real estate needs. The ideal candidate is energized at the idea of helping people and is always willing to go above and beyond with a positive, team-focused attitude. The ideal candidate will possess a background in office administration. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and following systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.
