Are you looking to blaze a trail and make a six-figure income with upside potential? Oak Tree Home Buyers, a growing real estate investment company is looking for an outstanding world-class B2C in-home, one-call close, sales professional. In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential property owner leads. You’ll be expected to seal the deal on the first meeting on a daily basis, as you meet with up to 10 pre-qualified warm leads per week. Leads that aren’t converted first meeting will be incubated through a systematic process until conversion. We invest $5,000-$10,000 per month in marketing to ensure your fast success, get you pre-vetted leads, and set you up on an appointment to meet with sellers. You won't be required to work out of an office and can set your own schedule. Past real estate sales are NOT a prerequisite. Whether you’ve sold software, shoes, ice to Eskimos, etc.--we are looking for the best salesperson in the Chesapeake area to put our strong financial backing into your success. This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month. We do not put a cap on how much you can make! This competitive and highly rewarding role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional. It is handsomely compensated by an upside 100% commission structure. So, if you’re at the top of your industry and hungry to continue progressing with a fast-growing company we want to hear from you. Compensation: • Large, upside commissions over $100,000 are realistic first-year earnings• OR...if you prefer, base salary plus commission• Promotion opportunities as the company expand • Personal growth and sales training incentives Responsibilities:• Initial Call and Review: 40% of your time will be speaking to pre-vetted leads, vetting deals, and setting up an in-person appointment. NOTE, we are also buying homes virtually so some appointments will be remote• Review Deal Viability: 10% of your time will be spent reviewing the financial viability of deals• Meeting with Prospect: 40% of your time will be spent building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal onsite. Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections• Property Assessment: 5% of your time will be spent assessing the property for repair cost (quick 7-minute assessment)• Other: 5% of your time will include attending internal team collaboration meetings to get alignment and make adjustments on how we can better serve you in the field Qualifications: Sales Skills: • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting• Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using various sales techniques to 'always be closing'• Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field• Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and flexibility in approach• Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills• Must have strong experience with in-home close and overcoming objections• Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills• Must have a hunter’s mentality Compensation: $100,000 About Company: Benefits of working with Oak Tree Home Buyers: Work from your home!
