Leads, manages and integrates day-to-day execution of project activities in accordance with contract requirements and is responsible for technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.* Manages risk, customer, and key stakeholder relationships.* Ensures compliance with quality standards and escalates challenges to Program Manager.* Supports project staff management.* Serves as the primary customer contact for the project.* Champions performance excellence and continuous service improvement.* Interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.* Accountable for project delivery (schedule, scope, and budget) and collaboration* Creates and maintains project plans, charters, and status reports* Follows PMO framework, ensures stage gate approvals, and drives the project deliverables/milestones* Responsible for audit deliverables* Conducts weekly status meetings with process stakeholders and project teams* Owns and drives project risk, issues, decisions, and action items.
