Client Centricity Business/Cache DeveloperThe successful candidate will support the implementation of Client HealthCare Centricity business software, Cache' programming and coordination, integration of EDI Toolkit transactions for the ProHealth Local Care Delivery Organization.Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate software design and development activities across all team disciplines, product owners and vendorsDesign, implement, test, debug and document the integration of Client HealthCare Centricity Business software to ensure the solution meets end-user acceptance and addresses the overall needs of the organizationSupport Cache' programming and coordination, integration of EDI Toolkit transactionsSupport the design and build out of appropriate Centricity UI forms, fields and data dictionary modificationsConduct design and code reviews to ensure developed code meets or exceeds coding best practicesSupport the migration and/or conversion of patient data from Client Group Management to Client Centricity BusinessContribute to architecture design to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software and clearly articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions, issues and plans to technology leadersDevelop reusable patterns and encourage innovation that will increase team velocityProvide hands-on leadership, coaching, mentoring, and software engineering best practicesEstimate engineering work effort and effectively identify and prioritize high impact tasksDrive a quality mindset within the team Required Qualifications: BS degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 6 years software development experienceCandidate must have 3 - 5 years of Cache, SQL, HTML/Javascript development experience in a healthcare environment.Background in a Client/IDX environment and related Client Centricity Business technologiesFamiliarity with EDI, HL7 interface supportAbility to work in a high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long term requirements desired Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Healthcare ITExperience with Agile MethodologiesExperience working with PHI, PII, dataExperience integrating EDI toolkit transactions for claims, claim status/response, remits, referral, etc.Demonstrated success in building design patterns and software engineering best practicesExperience designing software for scalability and resilience
