Opportunity Overview SD Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Advisor to provide programmatic, business operations, and budget support to the Government. T his role will support ARPA-H Program Managers and Mission Office Directors for cutting-edge research projects. "The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is a new agency within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). It is a research funding agency that supports transformative biomedical and health breakthroughs to provide health solutions for all. ARPA-H accelerates better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems. These opportunities will advance high-potential, high-impact biomedical and health research that cannot be readily accomplished through traditional research or commercial activity. With a scope spanning the molecular to the societal, these programs have the potential to radically improve everyone's health." Responsibilities Include Provide programmatic, business operations, and budget support within an R&D technical office. Develop program budgets working with government program managers. Implement and oversee acquisition processes in accordance with federal regulations. Manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines. Knowledge of the full scope of business and programmatic processes, procedures and policies within an R&D technical office. Ensure seamless program execution by effectively collaborating with a diverse team of scientists, engineers, and administrative staff. Requirements Overview Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 15 years of experience as a Business Advisor. Experience providing programmatic, business operations, and budget support to the Government. Experience developing program budgets. Experience developing office level budgets and acquisition processes. Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines. Knowledge of the full scope of business and programmatic processes, procedures and policies within an R&D technical office required. Experience with ARPA processes and direct support to Government program managers highly preferred. Employment Type Full-time, W2 employment Exempt, salaried Eligible for paid benefits Clearance, Citizenship, and Work Location Clearance requirement: Active or able to obtain Public Trust .
