Your day as a Community Relations Director As a Community Relations Director at The Ivy of McKinney Assisted Living and Memory Care, your day-to-day responsibilities will include effectively communicating the benefits of our community to potential residents and families. You will conduct tours, participate in marketing events, and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive occupancy. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service and support the overall success of the community. With a focus on empathy and integrity, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive experience for all who walk through our doors. What you need to be successful To excel as a Community Relations Director at The Ivy of McKinney Assisted Living and Memory Care, candidates should meet the below requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Ideally, two or more years of experience in a Sales and Marketing role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with standard office equipment is essential for success in this position. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are also required to effectively engage with residents, families, and team members. The ability to navigate various software tools and platforms, coupled with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for serving seniors, will set you up for success in this role.
