We are currently looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeper/HR Coordinator to join our administrative team. Qualified candidates will be reliable, self-motivated, and organized. This individual will also assist with benefits administration, leaves of absence, maintaining employee files and new employee onboarding/orientation. Required Qualifications: 3+ years experience in Bookkeeping Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook High attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively Well organized and ability to work independently Great problem solving skills and self motivated Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines Strong Interpersonal skills Pass a background and credit check Qualifications Desired: Associates Degree in Accounting HVAC or trades background preferred Prior HR experience ideal bookkeeper, accounting jobs, bookkeeping jobs, admin jobs, accounts, office jobs
