Role: Senior API Infrastructure Engineer Location: New York, NY | Long term roleW2/1099 only Must be authorised to work in the United States Duties 7 years of hands on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reliable API infrastructure to support various internal and external applications. Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define API requirements and specifications. Implement best practices for API design, versioning, security, and documentation. Optimize API performance, scalability, and reliability through monitoring, testing, and tuning. Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in API development and infrastructure. Skills HTTP/HTTP2 NGINX or comparable gRPC Protocol Buffers Java Python Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Powered by JazzHR
