About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for in-depth customer interaction and needs identification, crafting ESTAT product solutions to meet customer needs, and driving customer relationships to scale. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive customer interaction strategy to drive engagement and solutions Continually perform customer discovery research to inform product attributes, sales channels, pricing, and marketing strategy Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to develop innovative product solutions to meet customer needs Attend trade shows and other industry events to network and generate leads Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to customers and key stakeholders Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends Manage and track sales pipeline and collaborate on strategy weekly Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated B2B business development leadership success, preferably in the actuator industry, motion control industry, or robotics industry. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers Ability to develop strong understanding of customer technical needs and to communicate product value propositions Proven track record of taking new innovative products to market and driving revenue growth Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Join our team and help us revolutionize the robotics industry with our innovative products.
