Pharmaceutical organization seeks an experienced scientist to characterize protein therapeutics such as antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), antibodies, and bispecific antibodies in support of molecular assessment and formulation development. Duties: *** Design and implement experiments to characterize proteins, antibodies, ADCs, and similar. *** Assist with drug process development and formulation for antibodies and ADCs. *** Provide technical mentorship to associate scientists. *** Collaborate with contract research and manufacturing organizations. *** Support late stage discovery and drug development activities. Requirements: *** Degree in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or similar field. *** Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or similar laboratory experience. *** Hands on knowledge of peptides, protein, drug conjugate, and antibody analysis & characterization methods. *** Understanding of Capillary Electrophoresis, Capillary Isoelectric Focusing, Glycan analysis, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (References Polysiloxanes, Normal Phase, Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography, Size Exclusion Chromatography, and Ion Exchange) or similar. *** Familiarity with Mass Spectrometric techniques focusing on Liquid Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry for intact mass, non reduced, and reduced peptide map analysis.
