Our client, located in Atlanta, is searching for a Development/Construction Accountant to join their growing team! This position will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for a portfolio of multi-family and/ or mixed-use properties. Responsibilities include: month-end close, preparation of monthly financial reports, preparation of monthly construction, renovation and /or replacement reserve draws to lenders, process wire transfers and preparation of year-end audit and tax workpapers.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 1-4 years construction or development accounting experience Experience with property accounting software, Experience with Yardi would be a Big Plus!
