Superintendent - Commercial Construction Immediate opportunity for a Superintendent that is open to travel, for a commercial construction company in the Houston area $75K base plus bonus, PAID benefits and perks. REQUIREMENTS: 5 years exp in commercial steel building and concrete construction - overseeing projects including employees and contractors in regard to safety Provide project list with resume Ability to read architectural drawings, documents, schematics and written instructions Ability to work in a team environment Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking Basic computer skills MUST Be open to travel and will be paid a bonus for travel work Will be paid per diem and lodging for out-of-town travel Valid Texas driver’s license RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee finish projects like carpet /paint/ drywall/electrical/tile To apply, send your resume to William Franks at wfranks@northpointsearchgroup .comPowered by JazzHR
