Responsibilities: • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results• Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion• Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Team and individual sales• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery Qualifications: • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities• Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented• Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
