POSITION TITLE: SVP, Marketing POSITION DUTIES: Lead Rimrocks efforts on global marketing, including covering Asia and Europe, as well as in-depth knowledge of the fixed income markets, including government bonds, corporate bonds, mortgage-backed securities, futures, options on futures, swaps, swaptions and structured products. This position requires an in-depth understanding of financial tools and being able to market our products to international investor customers, like banks and pension funds who manage tens of millions to hundreds of millions of dollars in investments. The responsibilities for the position include the following: 1. Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing strategy, policies and programs, including determining the demand for products and services.2. Oversee marketing department.3. Optimized portfolio modelling analysis of client and prospect investment portfolios to evaluate how incorporating the Rimrock product lineup may enhance their investment objectives.4. Communicating/educating client and prospects in the complex workings of bonds, futures, and options and other derivative instruments together with clients and prospects based on a combination of modern portfolio theory and over a decade long experience in portfolio management.5. Advance existing relationships with institutional investors in Japan as well as contacts in the greater Asian and European markets. A high percentage of the companys institutional investors are in Japan.6. Build brand awareness and positioning.7. Identify potential customers.8. Develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.9. Competitor research including detailed analysis of their holdings, correlations and portfolio construction.10. Educating new hire team members, trainees, and interns in the complex workings of bonds, futures, and options and other derivatives and how such instruments may fit an investment portfolio. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related and five (5) years of experience as a Product Manager, Marketing, or related. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Education or experience in the following: 1. Investment management experience.2. Member of an investment committee of a Discretionary Investment Management platform (i.e. fiduciary investment mandates for pension funds).3. Working with Japanese institutional investors.4. Marketing financial products to a global network of institutional investors and investment managers.5. Fixed income markets, including government bonds, corporate bonds, mortgage-backed securities, futures, options on futures, swaps, swaptions and structured products. **50% travel to Europe, Asia, Canada, and within the United States.** JOB LOCATION: 100 Innovation Dr., Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92617 SALARY RANGE: $205,150 to $205,150 per year SEND RESUME:
