Hourly Rate:$14/HR (Possible increase after 90-day review)Permanent Position with Benefits. 1st Shift 6am-2pm3rd Shift 10pm 6am Fast growing Medina, Ohio company is seeking to hire Entry Level Production Associates for both 1st & 3rd Shift Operations. Individuals with little-to-no manufacturing or production experience are encouraged to apply, on-the-job training is provided. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED ideal. Must be able to read and interpret work instructions. Must have good organizational skills. Must be a good team player with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and quality Customer service driven to meet quality standards and deadlines. Must have good reading skills. Must have a good work ethic. Must have a good attendance record. Past working experience in a manufacturing environment a plus. Experience with Tow Motors a plus but not required. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
