Due to our extreme growth within our pediatric care, we are seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to join our Kid SPOT Family. Our Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) create a positive impact in the lives of children who are on the spectrum. We are also located in various areas of Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and more, allowing an easy transition if moving is in your future. Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a fulfilling role in Polk County? Look no further! We are currently hiring RBTs to join our team in the following city, Plant City. Position Details: Location : Polk County, Florida (specifically in the city, of Plant City) Job Type : Full-time Schedule availability : 4pm - 8 pm Responsibilities : Provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in school settings. Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect data on client progress during therapy sessions. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies. Assist with skill acquisition programs, including communication, social skills, and daily living skills. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Qualifications : RBT Certification : All applicants must hold a valid RBT certification. Polk County School Badge : Preference will be given to candidates who already possess a Polk County School Badge, as most of our cases are within school settings. Experience : Prior experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not mandatory. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or degrees in psychology, education, or related fields are a plus. Reliability and Professionalism : RBTs must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a professional demeanor.
