The primary purpose of our company is to design, engineer, install, service, and maintain residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. We have an immediate need for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who has experience in residential and light commercial HVAC service! Schedule: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as needed Compensation: $29 - $40 per hour, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonuses Our Benefits Up to 80% of company covered medical insurance for employee Dental & Vision insurance is available for purchase 401k with a 3% company match 7 paid holidays 3 days PTO after 6 months of employment, 7 days after 1 year, 10 days after 3 years Daily paid overtime on after-hours service Rotational on-call schedule (every three weeks) Company take-home vehicle Company paid trainings Paperless administration Internet-based dispatching program Company iPad and phone Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens At least 2 years of HVAC service experience Certificate of completion from HVAC technical school preferred EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License Texas Technician license NATE Certified preferred experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
