POSITION OVERVIEW (Director of Strategy) : The Director of Data Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the school's data strategy to enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. This leadership position will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data governance, analytics, and reporting processes. Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Data Analytics and Reporting: Lead the design and implementation of data analytics and reporting systems to provide timely and relevant insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with various departments to identify key performance indicators and develop dashboards for tracking and reporting. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with academic and administrative departments to understand their data needs and provide strategic guidance. Communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing data strategy team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. QUALIFICATIONS (Director of Strategy): Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Management, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum of 7 years) in a leadership role focused on data strategy, analytics, and reporting. Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. Proficiency in data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Experience working in an educational setting is a plus.
