Summary We are seeking a Assistant infant Teacher to join our organization! This individual will work closely with lead and help plan and present age appropriate activities for children. Wilk N Kids is a high-quality child care center serving ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Our center provides developmentally appropriate curriculum to students in a team work environment. Duties Treat children with respect. Keep children busy and engaged. Provide a safe environment for children, including using safety equipment. Provide children with snacks and meals at the appropriate times. Make sure that the center is cleaned and maintained properly. Be on time to work, prepared to work all scheduled hours, and work until the job is done. Stay calm in stressful situations. Requirements Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development Commitment to ongoing professional development Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs. Nice To Haves Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred) Experience with children: 1 year (Preferred) CPR Certification (Preferred) Benefits 14 Paid Holidays that include (available on the first day of employment!)
