The job of Social Worker is done for the purpose/s help counselors, teachers and administrators address the behavioral, mental health and social emotional learning needs of all students through an equity-based tiered system of support. The purpose and role of the school social worker is to provide an integral link between school, home and the community in helping students achieve academic and social success. CANDIDATE MUST HOLD OR BE ABLE TO OBTAIN CERTIFICATE WITH OSPI INCLUDING THE APPROPRIATE ENDORSEMENT.
