You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders including Product, Technology, Legal, and Business partners concerning the utilization of processes to ensure appropriate execution each and every time. This position offers the chance to be a part of building cutting-edge technology, data and machine learning applications across the Card Acquisition and Customer Management ecosystem.Responsibilities:Consultation and representation of well managed processes, customer experience, and risk management for new IntentSupport moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing contextual direction as the domain subject matter expert (SME) for operations to effectively partner with Product, Technology, Legal/Compliance, and Segments teams.Support the design, development, and management of project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.Support all aspects, operational and technical, of a domain; ensuring thorough documentation to mitigate future risk and meet regulatory requirements.Leverage problem solving and judgment skills to ensure project plans deliver on intentExhibit outstanding relationship building and influencing skills to collaborate and effectively drive project / program effortsHave excellent communication skills which are essential for interacting with key stakeholders at all levels and job families across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomesChampion new delivery models including engaging Product and Tech teams in the creation and delivery of new intentTravel required 25% or lessBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Military experienceAt least 2 years of project management experienceAt least 2 years of process management experiencePreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree or equivalent Military experience3+ years of experience in Process and Project Management1+ years of experience with Credit Card lending, Small Business and Commercial lines of business or Retail Partnerships1+ years of experience with automation tools and techniques1+ years experience coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQLSix Sigma certification, BPM certified, or relevant experienceRelevant experience with either AWS services, Splunk, and/or Github How our hybrid model works This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting . Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days . Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
