The Architecture team has an opening for a Healthcare Project Manager. We operate within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home. Location: Phoenix, AZ Tucson, AZ Denver, CO Las Vegas, NV Los Angeles, CA San Diego, CA Seattle, WA Dallas, TX Position Summary: As a Healthcare Project Manager at DLR Group, you will be responsible for leading projects to be on budget and schedule while delivering design excellence in our Phoenix office! The projects you will be working on are fast-paced projects in multiple sectors.You will also provide hands-on support to our integrated design staff during all phases of projects. Additionally, you will occasionally interview in front of clients to win work as well as partner with vendors and consultants as needed and with our internal partners.We also know that our only way to grow is by hiring and keeping the best talent in our industry. If you feel like we are a good fit for you, tell us by applying! The successful candidate will: Handle complex design projects. Develop project Work Plans (schedule, budget, cartoon set) for project success. Be responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serve as primary liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction. Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments. Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design from an accredited program. 5+ years of experience in Architectural Project Management (project scheduling, budgeting, and fee proposals, etc.) Must be willing to travel as projects or tasks require. Must have a collaborative management style and strong people skills. Must have good communication and public speaking skills to participate in interviews and client presentations. Knowledge and use of Revit or other design software Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Licensed Architect Planifi and/or Deltek Vantagepoint experience. Experience leading a team.
