The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizingdigital marketing campaigns across various channels and supporting the sales staff indigital marketing sales and support. This role requires a combination of technicalproficiency, creative thinking, and analytical skills to ensure the success of our clients'and our owned and operated digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Execution: Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including but notlimited to social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing,and search engine optimization (SEO). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution ofintegrated marketing strategies.Content Management: Create and optimize content for various digital platforms, adhering tobrand guidelines and industry best practices. Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging and compellingvisual and written content.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools toderive actionable insights. Prepare regular reports showcasing key metrics, trends, and areas forimprovement.Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates oncampaign progress, performance, and recommendations foroptimization. Address client inquiries and proactively identify opportunities to enhancedigital marketing strategies.Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digitalmarketing best practices. Provide recommendations for innovative approaches to enhancecampaign effectiveness.Qualifications: Experience or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads,Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with an eye for detail.Benefits: MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION INSURANCE: The company covers 80% of the healthinsurance premium. FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT: This benefit allows employees to set asideincome, pretax to pay for out of pocket medical and/or dependent careexpenses. 401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN: Employees may contribute 1% to 100% of grossearnings to a variety of investment choices. 401(K) COMPANY MATCH: TPC Holdings will match 50% of employeecontributions up to a total 3.0% of employee's annual salary. HOLIDAY PAY: The Company observes six holidays each year; New Year'sDay, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day,Christmas Day, employees also receive a personal birthday holiday. VACATION & HOLIDAY LEAVE: At least three weeks of paid time off in your firstyear of employment. SICK LEAVE: Employees also accrue sick leave.
