Job Title: Supervisor II Manufacturing Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000/annual; plus bonus eligibility Summary: Ensure that quality, safety, productivity and cost improvement efforts are met by establishing shift goals and maintain team focus, capitalize on associates' skills, abilities, and differences to implement a continuous improvement manufacturing environment Responsibilities: Ensure policies, procedures, safety and quality standards are met Plan and assign production staff to meet manufacturing objectives Work with engineering team to resolve quality issues and test new product. Ensure equipment is maintained properly. Coordinate, coach, and facilitate team members in meeting quality, production, material usage, and cost standards and goals of the shift and plant. Develop and train staff and ensure obstacles are eliminated to empower associates to pursue improvement proposals. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. BA/BS and manufacturing experience preferred. 5+ years supervisory experience. Work around machinery, chemicals, noise and other typical manufacturing environmental factors.
