The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience representing clients in these areas and must be admitted to practice before the USPTO.Duties:Conduct patentability searches and analyze prior art.Draft patent applications and respond to office actions.Provide legal advice on patent matters, including infringement analysis and validity opinions.Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop patent strategies.Manage patent portfolios and perform portfolio analysis.Assist in patent litigation support and licensing negotiations.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in intellectual property transactions.Admitted to practice before the USPTO.Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations.Proficiency in drafting patent applications and office action responses.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and analytical mindset.Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred but not required.Certifications:Admission to practice before the USPTO is mandatory.Skills:Proficient in conducting patent searches and prior art analysis.Strong drafting skills for patent applications and legal documents.Ability to provide strategic patent advice to clients.Familiarity with patent portfolio management and analysis tools.Knowledge of patent litigation procedures and licensing negotiations.Excellent research and analytical abilities.
