The position is open to candidates with 0-3 years of experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation, holding a J.D. from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law in NC.DutiesManage account liquidations and legal processes.Provide high-quality legal representation, treating customers with fairness and respect.Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Demonstrate exceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.Handle a high volume caseload and provide expert analysis on legal and regulatory risks.Negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve final case resolution.Travel to various courts within North Carolina for legal proceedings and court hearings.Work with the managing attorney to report all activity and results.Requirements0-3 years of experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation.J.D. from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law in NC.A license to practice law in other states in the firm's footprint (GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or UBE passage is a plus.Skilled in analyzing case law and providing recommendations.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.Exemplary oral and written communication skills.EducationJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.SkillsExceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
