The People Success Leader will develop relationships across the business in support of all people-related activities. The person in this role will work closely with the Director, People Success, West Area to develop and lead people strategies, fostering a positive culture of growth and collaboration. Key responsibilities include employee relations, talent strategy for the business unit, and implementing organizational development plans that will fuel a results-oriented and high-performing team. When will you work? This position will work a hybrid schedule, required to be onsite at our San Jose, CA location 3 days per week. What you'll do: Establish and build trusting relationships with business unit employees and leadership team. Build a thorough understanding of the team and overall business operations, as well as People Success strategies and initiatives, to develop people plans that support the overall business goals. Provide policy guidance and direction for all people-related needs. Coach managers and employees in enhancing Wedgewood Pharmacy's performance-driven culture, including performance feedback, employee relations, goal setting and talent development. Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement, activation, and retention. Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. Assist in the design and implementation of organizational structures and position descriptions. Maintain compliance and understanding of relevant state regulations. Analyze metrics and provide reports to leaders to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
