The Attorney will be responsible for handling divorce litigation, custody, alimony, child support, and related family law issues. They must be licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania or be willing to take the necessary bar exam. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Duties:Represent clients in divorce litigation proceedings.Handle custody, alimony, child support, and other family law matters.Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Attend court hearings and trials.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.Maintain case files and documentation.Stay up-to-date with changes in family law. Requirements:Must be licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania or willing to take the necessary bar exam.2-5 years of experience in divorce litigation and family law.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of New Jersey and Pennsylvania family law statutes and procedures. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Skills:Divorce litigation experience (2-5 years).Knowledge of family law statutes and procedures.Legal research and writing.Client communication and advocacy.Negotiation skills.Courtroom experience.Microsoft Office proficiency.
