The candidate will focus on drafting and prosecuting patent applications that are intricate to the clients global patent and IP strategies. Will also have the opportunity to conduct freedom-to-operate and landscape analysis and to gain exposure to preparing patentability, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions. Support IP-related litigation and transactional practices. Admission to the Michigan Bar, U.S. Patent Bar, and excellent academic credentials are required.
