Job Purpose We are actively seeking an efficient Production Manager to join our growing team. The Production Manager/Scheduler plans and prepares production schedules and processes for the Business Center. The Production Manager will coordinate daily Work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to ensure efficient workflow. What we expect of you: Overseeing the overall efficiency/production, quality and safety of the printing department Managing production schedules and fulfilling orders in a timely manner Communicating effectively with the center owner and staff regarding matters specific to print production and order fulfillment Supervising print production department Ensuring maintenance of equipment and work environment is performed as scheduled Performing routine inventory counts of all print stock, raw materials and supplies Other duties as assigned by the center manager or owner. What you'll need to be successful: High School Diploma or Equivalent with demonstrated work experience and knowledge (required) Bachelor's Degree or 5 years Industry Experience (preferred) Ability to accept direction and feedback Ability to communicate and train effectively Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving and time management skills Proficiency in design and print software and printer hardware.
