Position: OTR Driver Circle R Logistics is seeking a reliable and experienced OTR Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. As an OTR Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely and safe delivery to our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain commercial motor vehicles in compliance with all state and federal regulations- Plan and execute routes efficiently to meet delivery deadlines- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance as needed- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all timesQualifications:- Valid CDL license with a clean driving record- Minimum of 3 months experience- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel long distancesWe offer competitive salary and benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
