Position: Director of Critical Care Company Overview: Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is a leading recruitment firm working with an outstanding US-based healthcare client. The Northwest Talent Solutions team is a group of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering top talent to our list of esteemed clients. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Critical Care to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of progressive leadership and managerial experience, 2 years of director level experience with a short term acute care facility, Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, and be a Registered Nurse in the state of Alabama or multi-state. EDUCATION: -Bachelor's degree in Nursing-Required.-Master's degree in related discipline- Preferred. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -Provide leadership for operating patient services.-Direct and coordinate patient service delivery, educate and develop staff, control budget(s), and manage the work environment.-Develops and maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.-Motivated to achieve the financial and operational objectives of the hospital.-Exemplify leadership ability to work with others through effective verbal and written communication.-Proven critical thinking skills utilizing logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problem-solving. WORK EXPERIENCE: -Five (5) years of progressive leadership and managerial experience (required).-Two (2) years of director level experience at STACH.-Prior operational and supervisory experience within a complex medical center (preferred).-Experienced collaborator with multiple department directors and C-suite executives.
