This HVAC technician position comes with a starting competitive wage , depending on experience. Responsibilities: Installs HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications. Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required. Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job. Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors, etc. Properly completes all paperwork required for each job, as needed. Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner. Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by needs. Candidate will be responsible for the delivery and removal of all equipment needed to complete the job. Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle. Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Represents Speer Air in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, loyalty, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others. Willing to work hard and is a dedicated, team player who can ensure fast, flexible, and expert service to every customer via excellent time management skills. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous HVAC installation experience Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and air conditioning systems Willingness to undergo a background check upon hire Valid driver's license and a good driving record Ability to handle working from heights or small crawl spaces
