Family Practice physician job in South Carolina : About Us: Join our tight-knit practice in Jefferson, South Carolina, and deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Enjoy dedicated administrative time one day per week and call coverage on a 1:12 rotation (one month by phone). Located near Charlotte, North Carolina, Jefferson has a lower cost of living, with reasonable housing prices and everyday expenses.
