43 New Scotland Avenue Albany, NY 12208 Department/Unit: Hospitalists Work Shift: Night (United States of America)1. APP will be on-site, in house for the entirety of the assigned shifts (typically 4 pm- 1200 MN)2. APP will provide cross coverage for non-teaching (uncovered)Hospitalist patients. 3. APP may carry the MAR pager as needed for the assigned duty hours 4. APP will respond to and be involved in the initial/subsequent care for all rapid responses on non teaching Hospitalist patients. 5. APP will be responsible for providing new patient H& Ps in coordination with the On-Call physician. 6. APP will be responsible for sign out to the oncoming Hospitalists/APP of events that require follow up or ongoing care. Thank you for your interest in Albany Medical Center!
