They are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Analyze large, diverse datasets to extract actionable insights and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions. Drive innovation by exploring new methodologies, technologies, and approaches to enhance data science capabilities. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the data science team, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.. Requirements: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) working as a data scientist, with a focus on machine learning, predictive modeling, and data analysis. Strong proficiency Python, as well as libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Previous history of working in a startup or small company/team environment. Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
