You'll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: --- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget --- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results --- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience --- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market --- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline --- Willingness to show up and work hard every day --- Show great promise --- Be 100% committed to real estate, and significantly growing your business Qualifications: --- An established track record of successful real estate sales --- 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience --- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills --- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends --- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car --- Full-time real estate agent with a valid real estate license in Florida --- A strong, unwavering commitment to significant business growth --- Self-motivated and dedicated with a strong work ethic --- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills --- Tech-savvy and proficient in real estate software and tools --- Willingness to collaborate closely with our team to implement our growth strategies About Company: At The A-Team Realty, we're more than just a real estate team; we're dream-makers, committed to helping homeowners and buyers navigate the real estate landscape with expertise and care.
