We are a Hospital that operates two rural health clinics and one outpatient physical therapy clinic. Our mission is Patient Centered Care. We are seeking a new Physical Therapist to join our team. Your role will be to use exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients' pain, help them increase their mobility, prevent further pain or injury, and facilitate health and wellness. Evaluate and record a patients' progress, modifying the plan of care and trying new treatments as needed.. As a member of the Outpatient Physical Therapy department, you will work with Providers and report to our Physical Therapy Director. What You Will Do: Develop medical treatment plans. Examine patients to assess general physical condition. Develop medical treatment plans. Analyze patient data to determine patient needs or treatment goals. Record patient medical histories. Enter patient or treatment data into computers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. Salary range for this position is $43 - $45 per hour.
